How long will it take to get my order?
All orders placed between 8am and 4pm are shipped the same-day. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day.
Deliveries to major cities take 2-3 days, and 4-8 days for rural areas.
We also offer next day delivery to major cities across South Africa
What shipping couriers do you use?
We work with the following couriers: Aramex, Courier IT, DPD Laser, The Courier Guy, MDS Collivery, Internet Express, FastWay and SkyNet.
We automatically choose the courier that provides the fastest delivery to your address to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link in an automated email the moment your order is collected by the courier.
You can use this link to track your order all the way from our warehouse, to your door.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes!
We offer an order collection from our Cape Town flagship store in Diep River. Find us here .
Make sure to select "Pickup" at checkout so we know not to ship your order.

Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Payments & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to pack all orders as quickly as possible to ensure the fastest delivery.
Because of this, it is sometimes not possible for us to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please WhatsApp us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, your refund should reflect in 3-7 working days.
Please note that we have no control over how quickly your bank processes your refund after we have actioned it through our system.
